Commissions are based on ''first come first serve'' of the available slots.

All commissioned works are for personal use only.

I will only start drawing after the agreed price has been paid in full or a percentage upfront payment if discussed.

You can ask for screenshots of WIPs.

The finished work will be a 300dpi jpg/png.

All commissioned works might be uploaded to my social media accounts and portfolios.

Depending on the complexity of the commission, one commission can take up to 1 week to 2 months after the payment for completion.

A specific deadline for completion of less than a week will be charged accordingly.

A delay of completion will be notified beforehand.

Starting August 2021, due to Paypal new regulation in my region, I will only accept EUR.

All payments are in EUR via PAYPAL.

After the accepted request and a price is agreed on, broken-down price details and my paypal.me link will be sent via e-mail.

For commissions above 100€, we can arrange a 50% before and 50% after.

If you have paid and request a cancellation, you won't get full refunds for any form of request of cancellation.

If I haven't started anything yet, a cancellation fee of 5% of the paid agreed price will be held, thus you will only get 95% refunds.

A request for cancellation will be partially refunded depending on the amount of work I have done.

If you have paid the agreed price and haven't been notified by me after 2 months, you may then request A FULL REFUND.

In total, you can only ask for TWO revisions during the WIP stages (if requested) and ONE small/minor change for the final artwork.

For any big or additional changes that require me to redraw, especially after the final artwork is finished, an extra fee will be charged accordingly.

I have the right to decline, delay, or cancel commissions.

I retain the intellectual rights of the finished artworks.

I have the right to put my signature/ watermark on the finished artwork (I will make sure this won't disturb the whole composition)

I have the right to post the commissioned artworks on my art accounts in which you, the client, will be mentioned.

If you don't want to be mentioned, I would omit the details of your info. (i.e. anon commissioner)

As the client, you may use the piece for PERSONAL uses only, i.e. as profile pic, icon, wallpaper and personal print, in which you have to credit me accordingly.

You may NOT remove my signature nor edit the finished artwork.

You may NOT use the finished artwork for monetary profit.

You may NOT take the credit for the artwork.
